Why This Role ExistsAs our client roster expands, we are committed to maintaining a high design standard across every account. This role exists to:
- Elevate the visual quality of all client content
- Ensure brand consistency across accounts
- Reduce revision cycles
- Protect client retention
- Free up leadership time for strategic growth
You are not replacing our Social Media Managers.
You are enhancing and refining their work.
What You’ll Do
You will serve as the final design pass before client delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review monthly content batches from SMMs before client delivery
- Elevate typography, spacing, alignment, hierarchy, and layout
- Improve color balance and brand consistency
- Ensure Canva templates are used correctly and strategically
- Create elevated templates for recurring clients
- Standardize brand systems across accounts
- Reduce revision requests related to design quality
- Maintain a “C&C Quality Standard” checklist
Optional (if capacity allows):
- Develop new template systems
- Create reusable design systems for client onboarding
- Light brand refresh support for legacy clients
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–3 years of graphic design experience (not entry-level student)
- Have a sharp eye for layout, typography, and composition
- Can confidently critique and improve existing designs
- Understand social media formatting + platform nuances
- Work quickly and efficiently in Canva (Adobe a bonus)
- Care deeply about clean, polished visuals
Compensation
- Part-time contractor (1099)
- 10–15 hours/week to start
- Compensation range: $30–$40/hour depending on experience
